| Sumitomo Rubber South Africa will be implementing a price increase effective 1st September 2023. The below categories will be adjusted as follows: Car Steel, SUV, Light Truck & Motorcycle Estimated weighted average increase ranging between 3% to 5% Truck Steel Estimated weighted average increase ranging between 3% to 5% Tubes & Flaps Estimated weighted average increase ranging between 3% to 5% Please note certain items will be realigned outside of these parameters due to their current price points being unsustainable. All backorders as at 31st August 2023 will be cancelled and can be re-instated at the new prices. |   |
| Goodyear Price Increase - Effective 01 September 2023 Due to the continued market related cost pressures, Goodyear South Africa (Pty) Ltd (Goodyear), hereby wishes to advise of a price increase on all Consumer tyres. Goodyear hereby notifies you of an estimated weighted increase of 5% on all Consumer tyres, effective 01 September 2023. Please note that certain items might be re-aligned outside of these parameters due to our current price points being unsustainable. New prices on Consumer tyres will apply to all orders delivered from 01 September 2023. All open orders and backorders not delivered by 31 August 2023 will be cancelled and reordered at new prices. |  |
